Wouldn't it be more than a coincidence for the 2nd office opening up in Philippines to cater for new household name. I keep envisioning a football size office for some reason. If office one catters for clients 1 and office 2 caters for clients 2 it stands to reason office 3 is for client 3
Revenue from clients 1 & 2 will help in reducing cash burn rate in setting up office 3.
Thats my guess at it.
