"Slow to react to change"... unfortunately, what IAM currently offer isn't really change as offshoring has been available for ages... I've said this for an extended period of time but I didn't think it would be this bad and something has to be wrong for it to go significantly backwards. This takes oppies out the money most likely and explains MW leaving, acquisition talk etc. Lilly would want to be damn good.
