Peoples memories are fuzzy on what IAM has said about AI. They said they would not go down the path of roboadvice, but that AI was what they were working on. The IAM business is about assisting financial advisors to draft SOAs at low cost and Lilly does this through algorithms with same day turnaround. That is the competitive advantage. It is very different to what Juanito is talking about. IAM are a business that supports financial advisors not replacing them with robo advice.
