    i just realized something regarding the hiring of more staff in Philippines.

    we all assumed that they are hiring because of demand, but looking at the market update, they state that they are shifting over India staff over to Philippines.

    So there might be chance there is no growth at all and are just replacing staff over in India. not the kind of thinking some want to hear now, but it does make sense.

    i was initially encouraged by extra hirings.
