It was reported in today's paper they now expect 50,000 jobs to go due to automation in Australia alone, change is coming whether people like it or not, let's hope IAM is part of the puzzle although I do feel for the ones about to become redundant, mining, oil and gas, now the financial sector, Tough times ahead for many, Australia may soon lose its tag as the lucky country !
