Well looks like CBA didn't mind because they allowed them to put it out anyway. The timing of the announcements is very poor imo. Why drop a 4c without a business update which follows 1 week later which caused a 40% drop in SP. I don't think management understand the notion of a "publicly listed company". Also Asx aware letter due to them having info that they didn't announce when it took place. When will they get it right!
