Now Now, no need to go calling anyone names here. You and I both agree on CBA having control over what IAM can announce so I don't see why you are having a go.

I was agreeing with a previous poster that they could have announced a multitude of things to the market as per their activities prior to the quarterly or in conjunction. I actually care not whether you agree or disagree with that but I think the ASX's aware letter might go so far as to suggest that they could have.

I am a long term holder so pips do not interest me but I do like to see us get bang for our buck on announcements so when the price sways lower after a poor quarterly in $ and then we get a release of activities to make sure everyone remains informed the timing could have been better.
