Yeah. Dont involve ASX/ASIC because if they find something wrong they will suspend the shares. If you want to oust managment then gather >5% and issue a 249. Otherwise sell and be done with it.
I wouldnt waste my time trying to punish people, or seeking some sort of justice, especially not Intiger, as they are far more respectable than a lot of asx types. (hence why I expected so much more).
If anything draw yourself a placard and hang out outside the Today show.
