I spoke with my contact at Deloitte and he mentioned that CBA is not writing any business and all clients are coming in for reviews at no cost to the client and all receiving new SOA, no ROA is to be used, every SOA is being vetted by Deloitte and can take up to 10 weeks to be approved before presenting.
On another note speaking with an WBC adviser he mentioned that WBC is struggle to find a buyer for BT business and its recently sacked 1/3 of its advisers and its likely they will need to spin this out, so IAM chased all the big fish and there are no more big fish left
