Interesting but not really relevant. What this does show is the amount the industry depends on paraplanners though and what a great oppurtunity to reduce the back office and admin by introducing automation. But yes paraplanning is an industry that employs many people so job security is a factor.Sooner or later the industry will have to adapt,wether it be IAM or some other idea/comany
