No wonder you guys lost your money, IAM provides the same service as many other firms, nothing different, they all offer the same back office and admin tasks which provides more time for clients, it’s not exclusive to IAM, its dead I have tried using IAM’s services in the past and have contacted them a number of times over the years, they never bothered to get back to me, so we developed our own systems which seem to be working nicely.
