I don't think anyone views it as a 'terrible' product - it's just been found out to not be a necessary product.
One can repeatedly blame it on 'resistance to change', but t's apparently not meeting clients' effort-for-benefit equation - or there'd be traction in their circles.
In any case, we're stuck here, likely to be diluted. I just want to know what's next and who can take us there.
