It's not "Luck" for anyone that did their homework. Anyone who did anything that resembled real "research" into this company would have concluded that they didn't have a viable product with any type of demand.

Setting up a back office in a cheap labour country is hardly revolutionary. Then throw in a company banging on about it having a product that does "AI" when it has spent pennies on its product is extremely laughable.

I have literally been pissing myself with laughter over the last few years reading this forum and the absurd things people have been saying.
