Think that article was posted recently by FullMoon and he said something like ‘make of it what you will’.

The article says that PC is leaving Perth for Switzerland after completing a sale to AMP. You could take this two ways (i) holiday after transaction or (ii) permanent move. The article was from March 2019.

I did a company search of Intiger in the last few days out of curiosity and it says that PC still lives in WA. A change in company details needs to be notified to ASIC within 28 days of the change.

Makes me think that the article was referring to a holiday (rather than a permanent move in last 28 days or a move around March 2019 with company now breaching Corps Act).

I think your post was suggesting he had moved for good etc. pls correct me if I’m wrong about that, but I’d say that’s why it got reported.
