We do have different stances, nothing wrong with healthy debate due to that either.

Document generation can be replaced (eventually). There's just a whole lot more to it that's it's not as simple as just 'outsourcing'. This is seemingly still not understood, and it's blamed on lack of cultural change, when really it's just about ease of doing business versus cutting costs as much as possible.

To use an analogy, its like asking a telco company customer whether they prefer to speak to someone domestically or an overseas call centre used to cut costs.
