If they went through the whole process and change to conduct the pilot... and still chose to change back to what they were doing... is that representative of not wanting to change or did the product just not add value? Surely a massive runaround to conduct the pilot to not implement it afterwards.
I'd argue them going through the pilot suggests practices are more than open to change... the value just needs to be demonstrated better perhaps.
