I think you guys are missing the biggest issue... Look at the last few 4C statements and review how much has been spent on R&D and how much is projected for this quarter. As the company itself has stated many times it needs to provide an innovative IT based solution to have a future. And if what they are creating with BOOM is innovative and new then it is all claimable as R&D as it does not exist. Yet no R&D claim??
Other fintechs in this space creating innovative SOA solutions are claiming R&D so why is IAM not? It simply does not add up for me.
Hence why I kept watching but could never bring myself to invest.
