Clearly reaching to suggest I said the industry would never need AI. If they can illustrate they have AI that does everything required, and cheaper, I am all ears, as will be everyone else. There is a just a lack of understanding as to the various things you lose when outsourcing services (whether to robot or overseas person).
The issue is, clearly as of right now, the service offering doesn't do all these things cheaper. If it did, uptake would be much better and the 'word would have gotten out'.
