share price weakness is presumably because it's taken IAM a lot longer than they thought to integrate their system into existing businesses. Clearly IAM's software is not just a plug-and-play change of system and I'd bet there are an awful lot of wrinkles which demand a lot of time to straighten out, hence all the delays.
(And on the issue of separate practices, I'd bet anything that those under the Sentry umbrella are counted individually.)
