Client List As at 7th April 2017

Fair bit of confusion at the moment regarding who our already on-boarded clients are, which is making some of the
assertions made here seem fairly odd regarding Sentry and just how many of their "practices" are included in IAMs
recently released figures for each of Jan, Feb and Mar.

I'm not going to try to sort it all out in detail (haven't got the time to do it justice and I'm a perfectionist), however I
will give anyone who wants to give it a try all the info I have from late last year in terms of who was using our services
and how many "practices" they represented etc (I researched these all again today through the company sites).


If someone was to take this info and make a "time line" regarding Sentry I guess it's possible they could work out the
possibilities/impossibilities and answer the main question..... Is Sentry being counted as a single "practice" (read client)
OR are (say 6.... 9.... or maybe more) individual Sentry practices being counted among the 18 disclosed as current?

Hint.... look at each of Jan, Feb and Mar figures separately for the clues.

All my notes shown are well-sourced and to the best of my knowledge are accurate (some from November's seminars
and much of it from way earlier). Hope it helps fill in some vague areas for most of you and apologies in advance for
poor formatting.



Current clients (as at April 2017) as follows....

1) Sentry 239 (Feb16) 165 As of Feb 2016 Sentry was targeting the acquisition of up to
120 additional practices (stated = 180 advisors). Figures of
"400+ advisors" in late 2016 would support the idea that
Sentry achieved most of their targeted acquisitions, but if
true then the number of "practices" should be closer to a
figure of 285 (165+120). This higher number of "practices"
also gives weight to the possibility of Sentry signing on
being enough to reach M4 (as claimed) @ $2000 minimum
per practice per month. $2000 x 285 x 12 = $6.84 mill p.a.
Again, these are MINIMUM figures.

2) IPAC (W.A.) 14 (Apr17) 1 Patrick Canion's Group in W.A. has 14 advisors (seemingly
within a single "practice"). AMP subsidiary. PC stated his
IPAC was paying $170k(or was it $180k ?) per year and
that was at a "large discount". Given the fact that IPAC
has 14 advisors that's not unreasonable.

3) IPAC (S.A.) 18 (Apr17) 1 IPAC S.A. (Confirmed as a client by PC.) has 18 advisors
within a single address. AMP subsidiary.

4) Financial Framework (W.A.) 5 (Apr17) 1 Perth-based single "practice" with 5 advisors (plus
another 3 admin staff working on diplomas in FP). Was
confirmed by PC as client. Part of Synchron Group (350+
advisors). Owner is a shareholder in IAM.

5) All Financial Services (N.T.) 7 (Apr17) 2 Originally from HC poster Odyssey360 as coming "direct
from PC" as a client. Two offices in Darwin and Katherine
so seems like 2 "practices". Member Charter/AMP.


6) Planwell Fin. Planning (Vic) 7 (Apr17) 2 As above from Odyssey360. Two offices in Geelong and
West Gippsland so at least 2 "practices". Also a member
of Charter/AMP Group.


7) Unknown ? (Nov 16) 1 Gent at Perth Seminar who runs his own practice.


8) MOU2 597 ? NAB (whether NAB was MOU2 or MOU3 is immaterial
for now). Small scale trial which by now should have
moved to more in depth trial of some kind.


9) MOU3 ? ? Expected to be another substantial licensee.


10 to 18) Unknown NB : These could well be all Sentry trialists or new smaller applicants of any size (since Sentry exclusivity was until
19th March).
