Still no idea of what Boom 2 is actually capableof which is what the success of the Company is going to come down to.  

Hiring 20 staff is all fine and dandy but if it’sall just back office manual processing then it doesn’t matter if they hire 100 extrastaff, there will not be sufficient margin on the cheap SOA’s to make a profitgiven the overheads, let alone support the current MC of $17m. 

If Boom 2 was capable of effectively printingSOA’s then the ramp up of the pilot would have happened a lot quicker and itshould be marketed in a better way. 

CBA are obviously only sending minimal work toIAM it would seem and know the Company’s ability to survive depends on acommercial deal with them. This leaves IAM bent over a barrel in anydiscussions regarding pricing. As far as I am aware CBA have not let any peoplego so it wouldn’t be hard for them to keep producing SOA’s in house.
