The offering for the raise values intigers shares at 0.06C or there abouts.
Once all the options are taken up, the cash raises, paying off euroz etc is done the shares that currently make up intiger will be less than 10% of Complii.
It’s not great but then I guess it depends on your perspective and what you were expecting to get out of IAM at this point.
