I see where you are coming from, but one thing you say stands out to me: "This is big money"....

I dont know where you come from, but there is one fact about big money that shines through every time. Big money doesn't care about you, big money will never cater for you.

If they decide to go in a direction that you are uncomfortable with, they dont care, nor will whatever you say change this.

We are the sand, that is caught up in the moss, that is stuck to the barnacle, that is stuck to the hull of the boat. When the boat turns, we are the last to know about it. The captain of the boat gives no thought to what the particles of sand think, or where the particles of sand want to go.

Management make a decision knowing better than anyone what their position is. You can question it all you want, you can scream at the top of your lungs about "why don't they do this? or why do they do that?"

And the answer to you will always be, you will never know until after the event.
