I believe the decision to retain ALF in its current form may be taken off JB. As it is, part of the NTA rise the buyback of existing stock which has only 4m shares left in it.

If the NTA continues to rise (or better the market) we will all get some relief, if it does not. The road map forward for an unlisted entity is already in place to roll out, and thus we get to realise NTA upside.
