Ahhhhhh, I assumed it was was Barrick that needed to complete administrative tasks that held the transaction completion up. It was likely that the required delay to finalise the change of name officially on the ASX was the delay reason. This would avoid buying the asset in the MLL name then transferring it from MLL to FFX when the change became official. This would have been very complicated.
In this case tomorrow is a definite completion date.
