    It is taking place, but could well be day trader too... you expect an announcement tomorrow formalising this, so you buy now with a near certainty that the market gets excitable tomorrow, and you sell on the pump. Only challenge is where to sell to make the most!

    We all know that this is going places beyond just tomorrow.
