If you believe something untoward is going on then call them out by making a submission to ASIC. Making accusations here only has the chance you individuals being called out for defamation.
The Courts have made it very clear that online publishing of defamatory comments are considered published and therefore have to be provable facts.
As for management being able to totally control the SP, that's exactly what we don't want. If they could do that then in my opinion, you are asking them to manipulate the market. Who wants that.
