For this, ASIC would already have to take into account possible complaints !
And if we see what happened with DACIAN and GMD or even worse with Strategic Minerals Corporation and the takeover of the company by C. Wallin (the biggest crook in Queensland) which earned him a conviction by the A. Bulman Panel and numerous complaints to ASIC, complaints which J. Longo never took into account (so far), I fear that ASIC is ineffective!
