    OK, I will play.

    You keep saying that McB will pull the loan if the SoA is voted down. Where is the evidence for that??

    If you repeat a lie, it does not become fact.

    There are a number of disclosures in regards to the McB loan conditions. If these are breached, the loan is repayable. Where does it say that the SoA failure is one of those conditions?
