Positive announcement! I like the cheeky inclusion of the Key Person covenant regarding the resignation or replacement of the CEO, CFO or COO or any equivalent person, then this will be an Event of Default. I personally think that TRY is on the way to getting back some of its former glory with all the changes that have been made. There's not the same feeling of doom and gloom anymore, and Investec has been supportive unlike the naysayers predicted. These amendments make it even more likely that I will be voting against all the resolutions proposed by RIM.
