Yep, if coercion and corruption can be proven, I agree, that could merit a win, the only way I see that happening is if Keith Pitt penning that exact claim, I don't see that happening, as Keith Pitt himself might be all part of the plan, (he might have made a deal for the delegation in order to get back into Cabinet for a pay rise), so I don't see Advent getting any testimony from him unless subpoenaed, which I think the Federal Court is unlikely to do, particularly because Keith Pitt didn't make the decision.
