MEC debt owing to Advent - ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha lol what a slight of hand. It is soooooooo laughable. What a joke on us investors - the directors must think we are stupid to accept this state of affairs. The dilution is what is so wrong - why this so called debt cannot be paired under more favourable terms - like when we eventually relist and trade or when the share price is less dilutive. It seems like some less obvious strategy is at play here not to our advantage. Self interest is the name of the game here.
