Mschubach, You are pointing the finger in the wrong direction.

The problem wasn’t created by the current board. Look at the conglomerate of previous directors (16 in all) some of whom were responsible for creating the current mess.

It is questionable as to whether the board was legally constitutional from Nov 2016 until David breeze was re- instated.

If the ASX stops MECResources from relisting, the end result might be a class action.
