If we do relist under different circumstances this 4m should be paid asap regardless of where Advent sits. It will require a relisting under differing conditions - new investment mandate. With this board who knows - not a lot of confidence there for me. Roger mentions various stuff ups from previous board members - what makes you so sure about this board given Breeze was a long term member of MEC - is not he accountable along with them? In the meantime we sit on the sidelines of this drama.
