Well I’ve lost ship loads on this project. The reason I invested was it had all the fundamental requirements to get approval and I thought that they would need to follow the legal process to either approve or reject.
I was pretty confident that it would tick all the boxes. I feel like it did tick all the boxes but Scomo has gone outside his authority and rejected it.
I predict a successful court case coming on for this. (I was wrong on the approval though haha).
The current government will be in court for the next 10 years coping claims left right and centre from multiple organisations due to unlawful Covid restrictions too.
