Good job SpectreSF... if this act is allowed to pass unchallenged it leaves the door wide open for similar back swipes against any future or existing company seeking PEP approvals or other regulatory approvals required for whatever industry is involved. This is a commercial king-hit and should be treated with the same contempt.

For the man who talks up being "Australian," his behaviour is very UN:

UNAUSTRALIAN

If it was disapproved based on the merits of the submission, as it should have been if warranted, fine. Kicking a dog when its down is not fair sport and neither is making a suicide pass to your wingman... and what a shame the actual Minister responsible for this decision, instead of fronting the show, with UNDERSTANDABLE explanation in hand, is simply UNAVAILABLE.
