you would think that advent management would also be aware of that probability and should therefore be doing everything possible to demonstrate commitment to their committed work program to in pep11.
sorry, but LOIs are simply too weak. It’s an easy decision for KP to ignore pep11 if that’s all that Advent is achieving. Advent has to demonstrate the faith here, not KP.
