Even if Bph and breeze continues to push forward and keep applying for these tenders they are all completely useless and a waste of time and money untill we get the approval and everyone knows this.
The longer it takes the more opposition we get to the project and the less we will be able to prepare untill it is approved.
We cannot keep doing this it's a waste of everyone's money without approval because if it becomes a no for the project we have wasted 100's of thousands on nothing just waiting and pretending to prepare.
I am still all for this project and will be excellent if it goes ahead but just make a decision then at least we can pack up or go full steam ahead!
