I had not thought of that. It is not so stupid if the Government provides a subsidy, especially an operating subsidy. Given how woke the Canadian Govt is, that is not beyond possibility.
There are no bounds to wokeness, and so you may be correct whichever way - Govt support or SBM political correctness.
