Agree Nailbiter- was a real hatchet job from the fun review, who are already defending a defamation case over the articles, but unfortunately sensationalist headlines are enough for most ppl.

What avenues are available to the shareholders of hzn to recoup losses here, if any?

I hope to see Michael Sheridan reinstated as soon as possible, and think the rest of the board have some questions to answer on their handling of the event. Even the chairman’s message today refers to “regaining the confidence of our stakeholders.” If you’ve just been cleared of wrongdoing, you have not damaged that confidence- his messaging is all wrong.

I think it’s time we put this board to bed and get some proper industry experience back. They’re clearly not up to the task, and they have zero skin in the game.
