$4, I'm humbled at your suggestion, but I would probably piss off too many of the others. I like to ask direct questions and many find that confronting - they prefer the softly softly BS crap that goes on at board meetings.
I think that the email for shares held makes it easier for other to do so. Many would to want to declare on HC their share holdings. I will try a new thread, but it may get closed down. We will see.
Policies -
The first one if to stop selling after the AGM. As we know the business can change dramatically post the full year data.
Secondly CEO shares should be subject to advance notice, and a max % in any given month.
Thirdly on termination shares should not vest for 2 years.
