If you read the release ASIC has commenced an investigation into suspected contraventions of the Corps Act by Interprac and its representatives. You can’t underestimate how serious this could be. If nothing else it will be a huge distraction until ASIC is satisfied that there isn’t deficiencies in Interprac’s supervision and monitoring regime. If they find deficiencies then who knows where it goes.
