in this case it might be very wrong - it is very hard to predict just how serious this fall out could be. the reality is that ASIC frequently operates on a "where there is smoke there is fire" principle and it will likely have a much bigger look under the skirt than one could imagine.
i think it is very possible the shareholders are broadly ignore the potential size of the coming enforceable undertaking.
in this case it might be very wrong - it is very hard to predict...
