SQM werent an AR of SEQ, just a research house that covered the funds.
This was calculated fraud on a massive scale, which included the firm licensed by Interprac. Whilst fraud is always hard to foresee, there has to be ASIC consequences - which are always 'material'. Just ask AMP, Insignia and the banks.
