Sorry Guys don't mean to nit pick but Sprott Asset Management (SAM) only subscribed for $1 million out of a total placement of $2.75 million....chicken feed really for them & approx 1% of the Company value.
I never expected SAM to take anything in the IVR Raising - I think its a bit too small for them.
