Forager which has always traded at a premium, is now 7% below NTA. Now is the time to be buying. However, I am concerned as to the lack of quality of some of the holdings and the benefits of the deep value method.
Too much of a discount and the time will come to consider selling out and returning cash. The problem with that and also the NTA therefore, is the lack of liquidity inherant in small cap deep value companies. Freedom was a classic example.
