If SAMA didn’t like the deal then sure as hell they wouldn’t be putting equity into it.
It seems odd but still view it as a positive people continue to want to position themselves in Alara
Top 20 accumulating and now SAMA.
An equity stake also provides us with a valuation.. not that the ASX will care as we already have NPVs but it might provide for a little appreciation given we all know how under valued we are currently.
