The announcement I read saids terms are still being discussed. There isn’t finance at the moment and words like “expected to” tells me Alara have no idea what the deal will entail. It’s well played by SAMA to get through the door. I still think news will be positive but IMO we have secured nothing at this time.
Hopefully the new deal is still better than what was supposedly received by other vendors prior.
