I did expect dilution when it went TH. However, I thought free option with option to excise in 2 years at below issue price wasn't necessary. Lges and psco got the shares at cheap but QPM can use it for an advantage for further funding and new investor confidence. The share price will go up over a time. Good that there is no gap in chart and it's progressing well. I am certain this will go production and is at right sector at right time having over 4 commodities to offer during EV boom. When it starts producing it will be like PLS, LYC having 3-4 billion MC.
