just curious, why do we need the capital raise on top?
If they have been negotiating with LG for some time on this, as stated in their presentations then why not have this funding before the last capital raise at 8c? Why do both? we have now been diluted a total of 400mil shares or something (without looking up the actual number) over the last two capital raises. Sure these are in escrow, but would have been much better had the 8c raise not occurred and LG funded the pre feasibilty study. Would have saved a shed load of dilution.
